ABOUT OUR SHIPPING

Our store is open 24/7 to everyone! This site is for pre-orders. We place deadline orders on certain dates (will give out deadlines via Social media and will post the deadline to order clothes after each drop at the bottom of this page). We do that to lessen the cost of shipping as we have a limited staff. Once the deadline hits, we place the orders on the day off and usually takes 7-10 business days to arrive. We also put our finishing touch which is usually completed in 1-3 days depending on how many orders we receive. Then, we ship it out to you guys!

US + International shipping

Domestic orders usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive at your doorstep (varies also upon your choosing of shipping). With international orders, expect a longer wait for your product to arrive. Please contact us for any information

RETURNS & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cherry Troop purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchange policy.

Returns:

If you would like to return an item, please email us at CherryTroopBrand@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to send your item(s) back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at CherryTroopBrand@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with an exchange address and instructions on how to send your item(s) back. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive your exchange, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange. If your exchange is approved, we will send you the new item(s) and provide you with a tracking number. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
